On a purchase of ₹3000 and above, the purchaser is entitled to be a member of the Indulgeo Gold Club. After placing the order if you’re interested in being a member of the club then select “Yes, interested in membership”. Your membership will be connected to your email address.

2. What are the benefits of the Indulgeo Gold Club?

Being a member of the Indulgeo Gold Club entitles you to a huge array of benefits. The reward system works on a point- reward system with cash back.
On every purchase up to ₹8999 you will receive 5% cash back and on purchases above ₹8999 you’ll receive 10% cash back on your purchase. Furthermore, the Indulgeo Gold Club members will also be entitled to many other exclusive benefits like regular promotions, offers and discounts.

3. When will the reward points be updated on my account?

The reward points will be updated on your account as soon as you place an order with us.

To check the balance/ expiry date of your points, log in to your account and go to your account details then click on reward points for all the information.

5. How do I redeem my points for purchasing products?

You can redeem your Indulgeo Gold Club points against your order value on the check out page. Please ensure that you’re logged in with the account that is a member of the Indulgeo Gold Club. The reward points will be reflected and can be redeemed from the same account.

6. What is the validity of my Indulgeo Gold Club membership?

Membership of the Indulgeo Gold Club is lifetime however if you do not redeem your points within 12 months then the points will expire and can not be redeemed.

7. How do I protect my reward points from expiring?

Please use your membership points at least once within 12 months otherwise they’ll expire and you will not be able to redeem them.
